Deposits can be transferred 1x to a new appointment, if a change is made in at least 48 hrs of appt (Less than 48 hours forfeits deposit). More than 1 cancel or change, requires new deposit. -PLEASE COME TO APPOINTMENT MAKE-UP FREE!! -At LEAST 40% of your lashes must be intact to be considered a fill, or you will be charged a full set (Book Accordingly)!! -If you are more than 15 mins late for your scheduled appointment and don’t reach out, your appointment will be canceled & considered a no show. You and your time are very valuable to us. We hold appointment times just for YOU, if you must reschedule - we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours notice. This is to help accommodate others who may be waiting, and to help fill our schedule. Cancellation Policy
50% of your scheduled service or $40 (whichever is greater) will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
